From the very start, The Shag House was created as the ultimate place for charitable organizations to host their vital fundraising events and membership drives, including swank cocktail parties, gourmet dinners prepared by private chefs, and intimate wine & spirits tastings. Shag created areas around the property with iconic soirées in mind, and now those Shag-tastic spaces will come alive in support of wonderful causes.

The 4-bedroom / 3-bath Midcentury Modern home is fully equipped for entertaining—including a flexible furnishings plan, a symposium courtyard, a poolside bar & grill plus an additional interior service bar, and a deluxe catering alley. The property can easily accommodate a wide array of gatherings from a sit-down dinner for 12 to a cocktail reception of 150–and a variety of events in between.

We have paid careful attention to space-planning of the property so that The Shag House will comfortably accommodate small group training sessions, larger executive team-building programs and corporate strategy-planning events.

The Shag House may also be made available for photo shoots, filming and content creation. The property can also be reserved for Milestone Celebrations such as weddings, engagements, birthday celebrations and other life markers. All city-required permits will be required.
